A Diet To Lose Weight Fast.

Research shows that the more you eat, the less you taste.


That’s because the more you eat, the less your brain releases Dopamine (the happiness hormone). So not only does your food not taste as good… it’s not as satisfying, either.


So you have to eat more and more to feel good at all.


This can very easily lead to food addiction. Millions have this in the USA alone.


They know they should eat less. They know they should eat different, healthier foods. They may even really want to. And sometimes, they try very hard to make a change… but can’t.


It’s like an addiction to a hard drug. Opioid addicts need more and more pills to feel high. At a certain point, they’re taking pills to feel normal. They don’t even get high anymore!


Over time their body falls apart. The lights in their eyes dim. They lose all their friends. They may even lose their job and house. They only exist for one… more… fix.


It’s incredibly sad.


But at least drug addicts aren’t bombarded with ads for heroin on Television!


When you’re addicted to food, it’s a different story. You may know what you’re doing is unhealthy. And you can feel your body falling apart.


But then you turn on the TV and see delicious pizza commercials. Or you go to work and there’s a party with cake and ice cream.


Just like hard drugs, the more you abuse food, the less you taste it. Making you want… no, need… more. And more. And more.


Yet it never tastes as good as you hope it will.


Look: this is a dismal reality. I’m not trying to be dark here. Just honest. If you have a problem, coming to terms with it is the first step. And you know what? That’s okay. A food addiction is not a drug addiction. They aren’t in the same ballpark.


But they can both ruin your health and your life.
