Easiest Diet To Lose Weight…..

 

Did you know you can drop size by eating Twinkies?  I doubt this is the best food plan to lose weight, but…..

 

It’s true. If you eat 3500 calories every day of different foods, then switch to 2000 calories of pure Twinkies, over a month, you’ll probably lose 5 – 10 lbs.

 

Great, right? Time to bust out your new swimsuit.

 

Not.

 

Weight loss doesn’t always mean fat loss. You may have melted precious muscle. Or you may have lost size from your butt and chest. But you may have gained inches in your belly.

 

Because Twinkies have no nutrients, when you look in the mirror you see dull and weak skin. You see cracked nails. You feel your hair become brittle. And you feel tired all the time.

So it’s simple, right? Just eat more fruits and veggies.

Fruit has a ton of sugar in it. Which can cause major stalls in your losses. Or even make losing impossible.
