Healthy Diet to Lose Weight Fast……

Have you heard of the “fat acceptance” movement?

It’s the idea that no matter how much you weigh or what you look like, you still have inherent value.

And… obviously… I very much agree with this idea.

Because you have value! It doesn’t matter what the scale reads when you step on it. You’re still a good person. You still work hard. You’re still cruising through life (which God knows can be difficult).
