This plan has 4 phases.  Phase 1 is the first two days and you get to load and eat anything you like.  It’s recommended you don’t go sugar crazy on these two days and look for mainly fatty foods.  This phase is called the loading phase.  You do give yourself your hcg injections on these two days. 

Phase 2 is basically your low-calorie days and you must stick to the allowed foods on the protein, vegetable, and fruit lists.  Stay away from all fats during this phase!
